Came here the second time, already can't wait to come back
Excellent room (tower suite) with jacuzzi and sauna in room. Marvelous dinners (6 course). Perfect wellness facilities and massages. And lots of organised activities (definitely recommend to book sunrise hike)
The room was a bit too hot at times, but only a minor nuissance

An amazing place to forget your everyday life and recharge your batteries
Rich and tasty breakfast. 6 course dinners were both nicely served and super tasty. Spa facilities were great and many to choose from. Perfect guided hike. Massage like we never experienced it before. Friendly personnel which will fullfil all your wishes (my girlfriend was celebrating her birthday here and they got us nice cake and surprised us with nicely arranged room to celebrate it). We could live in this hotel :)
The magnetic card to enter the room didn't work properly, but we figure out the way how to put it in, so the door would open. But that was a minor nuissance.
